How to request a refund
Email us at becketthalebussiness@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout, and include your order number. We will reply and process approved refunds within a few business days.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few additional business days for the money to appear in your account.

Digital products
The Comeback is a digital product delivered instantly. Because you keep access to the file, we ask that you stop using it and delete your copy once a refund has been issued.
